"Newspaper nails....what a fantastic idea."That's what I thought when I first saw a picture of them on Pinterest. I cut out the tiny pieces of newspaper, filled up a little bowl with alcohol, and set to making my nails into this awesome looking masterpiece.
It didn't exactly go as well as I was picturing in my head, It was messy, wet, and overall, a big pain in the butt. The final result was just ok, and I can tell you right now that I won't be trying these again anytime soon.
If I want to achieve this look in the future...Sally Hansen has some great Nail Effects, that even though they aren't really that cheap, would be much less work and hassel!
Not the best photo, but at the time, I didn't know I would be taking pictures for everyone to see.
A better choice for next time around.
I thought they looked pretty decent for a first time, but then, a lot of things on Pinterest seems to work better "in theory" than "in reality".
